When it is worth building
Custom software earns its keep when spreadsheets and paperwork stop coping, or when a team needs to work in the same system at the same time. Unlike off-the-shelf software, a custom build follows your workflow instead of forcing your workflow to follow it.

How an engagement runs
Scope
A paid discovery at a fixed, agreed price. You get a written scope and a build quote before development begins.
Build
We build it and share it with you for review. You request any changes before it goes live.
Run
Once it is live we host it, apply security and dependency updates, and make the changes you ask for.
What you get
- The build fee buys the code: once your build invoice is paid, the source code, version history and assets are yours to keep.
- Your own private Git repository, with full history from day one.
- Your own containerised environment with its own database.
- User sign-in with role-based access, so each person sees what their job needs.
- Connections to the other systems you already use, scoped in the discovery.
- No minimum term on the monthly plan.
Price: Business Operations Software starts from $499 + GST a month ($548.90 incl. GST). The discovery and the build are quoted on top, in writing, before development begins. Every plan is on the pricing page.
