Cards and digital wallets are processed by Stripe. Yearly plans and one-off invoices can also be paid by bank transfer.

Surcharge and bank transfer
Card payments carry a 1.75% processing surcharge. Bank transfer does not. Any one-off invoice, including the setup fee, can be paid by bank transfer. A yearly plan can be converted to a bank-transfer invoice, billed 12 months upfront with GST included. A monthly plan is paid by card. To request a bank-transfer invoice, use Billing in your client dashboard or contact us.
Card details
Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Cancellation and refund terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
