How do you ensure payments are secure?
All card payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all transactions.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time — there are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. Your service stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days are eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Do you charge any additional fees?
No card surcharges — the price you see is the price you pay, plus 10% GST added at checkout for Australian customers. International cards may incur currency-conversion fees from your own bank, but we add nothing on top.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes — yearly plans can be paid by bank transfer (and save 10% versus monthly billing). Request a bank-transfer invoice from your client dashboard under Billing, or contact us and we'll arrange it.
