How are card payments handled?
All card payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified PCI-DSS Level 1. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Connections are encrypted with TLS in transit.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel at any time — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Your service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Having issues making a payment?
If you're experiencing payment issues, please check your card details are correct and that your card supports online transactions. If that doesn't resolve it, contact our support team during business hours and we'll help you sort it out.
Do you charge any additional fees?
Card payments carry a 1.75% processing fee — this is passed through at or below what our payment processor charges us, never marked up. GST is included in the prices shown. Want to avoid the surcharge? Pay any invoice by bank transfer, or switch to an annual plan — a monthly card subscription itself can't be paid by bank transfer.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Any one-off invoice — setup fee, ad hoc bill, priority review — can be paid by bank transfer to avoid the card surcharge, whatever your subscription cycle. You can also convert an annual subscription to a bank-transfer invoice, billed 12 months upfront with GST included. A monthly recurring subscription charge itself is card-only. Request a bank-transfer invoice from your client dashboard under Billing, or contact us and we'll arrange it.
