Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Velosites, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our website, online shop, and web application subscription services.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked. You can cancel:
- Through your client dashboard under Billing > Cancel Subscription
- By emailing us at hello@velosites.com
- By calling us on 1300 487 842
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You will retain full access to your service until that date. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
2. Refunds — Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. After you cancel, your subscription remains active and you retain access to all services until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Refunds — Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days of payment, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual period. You will continue to have full access until the end of your paid period.

4. Setup Fees
Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once work has commenced on your project. Where a promotional offer waives setup fees, no setup fee refund applies.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantees or rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy (including a refund, replacement, or compensation) as provided under the ACL.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with our services or have a billing concern, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. We aim to respond to all billing queries within 1 business day.

7. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and is subject to our full Terms of Service.
